The little lunches at Starbucks are so cute and convenient, but they can get pricey and are just as easy to make ahead at home! For lunch, I did a copycat version of their eggs and cheddar protein box, which includes hard-boiled eggs, grapes, apples, cheddar cheese, peanut butter, and a cranberry snacking round! I was able to find all of the ingredients at Whole Foods, with the only substitution being yellow cheddar cheese cubes instead of white cheddar.
