What payment methods can I use?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal, Discover, Meta, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you place your order, it will be fulfilled within 1-3 business days. After that, delivery typically takes an additional 2-5 business days. So, you can expect your order to arrive within 3-8 business days from the time you place it.

Why was my payment declined? What should I do?

Your payment may have been declined due to any of the following reasons:

1) Incorrect billing address and phone number:

  • If this occurs, please ensure that the billing address listed in your account matches the one associated with your payment method.

2) Credit card limit reached:

  • Please check your credit card limit. It's possible that you may have reached your daily or total credit card limit at the time we attempted to charge your card. Consider lowering your daily spending limit or adding a new credit card with a higher credit limit.

How can I get help if I have a problem with my order?

If you need any assistance with your order, you can contact us by using our Warranty Registration page. We are here to help and available from 9 am to 5 pm CST Monday - Friday, except for the holidays. We will get back to you as soon as we can or during the next working day if you reach out to us outside of the hours listed above.

Do you accept orders from other countries and ship them internationally?

No, we do not. Our products are fragile (glass) and we cannot control how shipping company's workers handle our products during the transit, especially for longer distances to other countries.
