Orzo is a versatile rice-shaped pasta that is easy to prepare and makes a great addition to any meal!
1 cup Orzo pasta
Greek seasoning mix
Add meats or proteins if you like, serve warm or cold.
- Boil orzo with 1 cup water, salt, oil.
- When orzo has soaked up about half the water, add your chopped vegetables.
- After 10 minutes or so, the orzo should be al dente and vegetables should be pruned but not mushy, remove from heat.
- Add seasonings and mix thoroughly inside the bowl.
