Orzo is a versatile rice-shaped pasta that is easy to prepare and makes a great addition to any meal!
Recipe:
1 cup Orzo pasta 1 cucumber 1 tomato 1 onion Greek seasoning mix Garlic powder Salt Onion powder Dill Boil orzo with 1 cup water, salt, oil. When orzo has soaked up about half the water, add your chopped vegetables. After 10 minutes or so, the orzo should be al dente and vegetables should be pruned but not mushy, remove from heat. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly inside the bowl. Add meats or proteins if you like, serve warm or cold.
