Bold and tasty Chilli garlic noodles are perfectly spicy, flavorful, and easy to make in under 30 minutes.



Udon noodles
Red pepper flakes
½ yellow onion 
2 cloves garlic
Fresh ginger, minced
Sesame oil
  1. While your frying pan is heating up with your oil, garlic and onions, Boil noodles for 2-3 minutes until nearly done, remove from heat.
  2. Place noodles into frying pan with reduced garlic and roll around to cover the noodles In your oil without cooking them too much.
  3. Add your favorite protein and red chili pepper flakes, enjoy!
