Seriously THE BEST grilled chicken breast recipe! Chicken marinated overnight in vegetable oil, orange juice, salt, paprika, oregano, onion powder, thyme, and garlic. This chicken is so tender and juicy. Tastes great leftover too!! We always double the recipe! Everyone asks for the recipe! SO YUM! LOVE this easy gluten-free grilled chicken breast recipe!

1 lb chicken tenders or breasts, diced
Sesame oil
3 oranges, juiced
Soy sauce or tamari
Coconut aminos
Basmati rice or white rice
2 cloves garlic
Fresh ginger, minced
Water
Corn Starch
Salt
1. Preheat oven to 375. Dice chicken and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne. Add chicken cubes to the oven baking sheet and toss in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until chicken hits 160 or so.
2. Add rice to the rice cooker with salt and sesame oil.
3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, juice from oranges, garlic, ginger, and red pepper to a saucepan and heat low and slow while the chicken cooks. Add water and cornstarch to the sauce to create more texture. Less runny.
4. Remove chicken from oven and mix with sauce in a pan, finish on the stove.
5. Plate over rice.
