Chicken Grinder Sandwich - Healthy (and Easy) Lunch Ideas

Today we’re making the viral Tiktok Grinder sandwich!



Everyone I’ve seen has a bit of a different version. On ours, I used provolone and pepper jack cheese, turkey, salami, and prosciutto and broiled in the oven for 4 minutes.

For our sides, I added some SunChips for him, rice crackers for me, and part of a Whole Foods granola bar!
